Purple is the perfect color to banish any hint of gloominess. It always makes me think of spring, and blooms, and happiness. If you need a reason, or just enjoy the color, you can get your fix in barefoot shoes.
Looking for other colors? Or winter shoes? Or certain types of barefoot shoes? Check out the master list of BIG lists here. New lists added weekly. This post contains a small number of affiliate links/codes (most links are not affiliate) which cost you nothing on purchase but do return a small amount to me if you use them.
Gea Soles:
This beautiful custom pair of Gea Soles Yrsa model has not been mine for long but it is a shining star with it’s silvery purple hue, soft leather, and dreamy-wide shape. The styling is feminine and fun and they are a beautiful pairing with lots of different outfit styles. Gea Soles are available here and the maker offers multiple models in a nearly endless range of colors, all hand-dyed.
Softstar:
This brand appears in most of my color lists because they are so generous with their multitude of colors and leather options. The pictured Primal Merry Jane is a new offering from Sofstar with Regular (Extra Wide, really – what I was sent to review) and Narrow (Wide) options. I love this very pretty Elderberry color that can be worn casually or with nice dresses. You can see my initial thoughts on Instagram here and my final review here.
Mukishoes:
Mukishoes started 2020 with a mostly neutral color scheme but has really branched out this year with reds, blues, and greens. The Plum model below is from their fall model release and has been hugely popular with its rich Bordeaux coloring. They’ve had trouble keeping it in stock due to COVID and the overwhelming interest, so if your size is out be sure to sign up for notifications on their page.
You can see my full review of Plum here and get your own Mukishoes at 10% off any time with the affiliate code OBSESSEDWITHBAREFOOTSHOES.
These are my current purple models, and they are all new to my wardrobe. I would never had said “I want some purple shoes” but they have all joined my wardrobe with cheer and I appreciate the springy, feminine feeling they offer.
Keep on reading below for other places you can get a purple fix in barefoot shoes. I’m including Bordeaux options from the original red list as a cross-over, but there are plenty of other options as well.
