A Big List of Golden Barefoot Shoes

How about a bit of cheer as the seasons change? Yellow can mean Spring, with flowers blooming and the sun shining, but it’s also a great fall color with the golden leaves changing and signaling the coming cold. Whatever part of the world you’re in right now, if you want to add a splash of happy sunshine to your life – barefoot has it.

This is the 2nd installment in a series focused on allll the great colors you can enjoy in Barefoot Shoes. Check out the first installment – RED here – and all my BIG lists here.

Softstar:

Starting off this list with the same thing I did on the red: Softstar Shoes Ballerine model. Many of their models are available in a variety of leather colors, including metallics and bright yellow. This was my first pair of ballerines, bought pre-loved, that cemented my love of the model and sent me down a colorful rabbit hole of collecting more ballet flats – and stepping out on a limb to wear metallic shoes. Getting out of your comfort zone can be a lot of fun!

Lisbeth Joe:

This color is officially Tan, but I’d call it a nice golden brown. I bought these Lisbeth Joe Harare Flats at a discount in exchange for a review that will be coming soon, and quickly fell in love with them. It’s hard to get any classier than this look, and the scalloping on the top makes them look smaller and less foot-friendly than they really are. This is a great way for the style-conscious to step into barefoot shoes and not worry about people staring, except maybe to ask “Where’d you get those shoes?!” You can use the affiliate discount code OWBSHOES to get 5% off.

Mukishoes:

These Sol shoes from Muki are a real golden gem. I wear them all the time to brighten up outfits and love the cheer they bring. You can get Mukishoes any time at a 10% discount with the affiliate code OBSESSEDWITHBAREFOOTSHOES. See my reviews of Plum and Cloud Canvas for more info on his brand.

These are the golden shoes I have, but there are plenty of other options as well to get your golden fix, including:

Ahinsa – Ahinsa is *the* place to check out for color and patterns in ballet flats, sneakers, short boots, mid-calf boots, insulated shoes, and more, including the Bindu 2 Bare Yellow AirNet. Affiliate discount code A10_OWBSHOES = 10% off.
Angles Fashion – ballet flats in yellow, with or without straps
Anatomic – casual sneakers for EU only, but with some shippers sending to the US
Be Lenka Barefoot – after red, golden/mustard is probably their 2nd most popular colorful shoe choice. They’ve had it in Prime, City, and Icon, as well as the golden metallic available in Grace.
DaVinci – lace-up and pull-on boots available in golden Natural Tan. DaVinci is on the cusp of releasing new wide models. Affiliate discount code OWBSHOES = 10% off.
Deliberate Life Designs – custom sandals with colorful lacings of your choice and you can save 10% with my affiliate discount code OWBSHOES
The Drifter Leather – custom shoes made your way, in a variety of leather colors
FairySteps – hand-crafted shoes in a rainbow of colors

GeaSoles – hand-dyed, personally crafted, with custom measurements, includes everything from sandals to boots
Groundies – They have carried the Havanna in mustard yellow, but that appears to only be available on Amazon right now. I’d keep an eye in 2021, though. My Odessa review can be found here.
Jenon Leather – custom shoemaker with a variety of color options
Laboo Leather – Etsy seller with customizable sandals options, including a very pretty golden yellow
Leguano – get sporty tennis shoes in a bright yellow

Storehouse Flats – colors vary by month in the pre-order and available in-stock extras, but yellow and golden camel tans have definitely been a thing. You can get $8 off with the referral code OWBSHOES at this boutique.
Tikki – sandals come in a honey-colored yellow, though stock is seasonal
Unshoes – the Saffron sandal comes in a beautiful Platinum (silvery-gold)
Vibram Five Fingers – there aren’t currently any models in all-yellow, but there are yellow footbeds on multiple men’s and women’s choices
VIVOBAREFOOT – get the women’s Fulham model in a golden-color Desert Sand (affiliate link), but only in women’s (cries in big feet). Affiliate code OWBSHOES = 10% off regularly-priced items.
Wildling * and Wildling US/CA * – shoes for different seasons in different shades, including the Honeybear and Manuka models in nice fall yellows
ZAQQ – there is always something to discover with ZAQQ, including sandals in metallic gold and tennis shoes in bright yellow. Always check toe boxes with Zaqq as some are more barefoot than others.
Zeazoo – several models are available under Shoes in a golden Camel color, and their Sandals, including Coral, are available in a bright yellow. Affiliate code OWBSHOES can get you 5% off on the main site, and 10% off on retailers like Young Sole Shoes and 100barefootsoles who carry Zeazoo.
Zkama – colorful shoes, from the CZ. One sneaker model currently available in mustard yellow
