A Big List of White Barefoot Shoes

Whether you want white barefoot shoes that are sneakers/trainers, sandals, flats, or even boots, you can find them here. Check out this post for loads of minimalist shoes options with all-white or mostly white designs.

If I’ve reviewed them or another model from the company, the link will be included below, along with discounts and links (some affiliate, which means a small portion is returned to me for the blog but it costs you nothing). For more BIG lists (color, type, etc) check out the master page here.

Mukishoes

The Cloud model from Mukishoes has come in both canvas and leather, and I’ve already reviewed the canvas model here on the blog (as well as their Plum and Chelsea models). It’s one of my all-time top favorite barefoot shoes and works great with pants, shorts, dresses… anything you want to wear. At the time of this writing, both models are on sale, but if you’re catching this later (or want something else) the affiliate discount code OWBMUKI will save you 10%.

You can also check out my review of the mostly white (with a gum sole) Nimbus model from Mukishoes here.

Groundies

Groundies is one of the best places to get all-white barefoot shoes, with 7 different options, especially in leather. Leather is great for wiping down quickly and can fit the bill for professions like nursing where single-color shoes are required.

This Universe model was released in 2020 and features their new sole design. It’s best for medium or narrow-width feet. If you’re wider, especially in the midfoot (the part under the laces), check out any of the options with the original sole for a little more give. This Universe model has great style and is almost entirely white, but does include black accenting on the heel and tongue.

Check out the Odessa review here.

Feelgrounds

Feelgrounds is always looking at how to make and keep barefoot shoes cool, and has 2 all white options, along with 3 white uppers on a gum (brown) sole. I’m sporting one of those gum sole options here. Check them out for a great selection of colors across boots, slip-ons, and low-cut shoes. (Plus the super-cool winter boot that comes out soon and is still discounted 30%!) My Highrise review, which has the same material in the upper as the pictured Original, is here.

VIVOBAREFOOT

I never got to try the original Geo Court model, but happily snapped up the re-release version. You can read a review here or get them here (men’s) or here (women’s). Save 10% with OWB10 on either side.

We’ve reached the end of *my* white barefoot shoes, but not the end of the options. Check out the list below for a huge selection. I have been as specific as possible, so you can know with a browse through the list if it might meet your (no) color needs.

Ahinsa – This vegan barefoot shoes company is my go-to for color, but they haven’t forgotten white. The Bindu Bare 2 is available in a white mesh with a black sole. Save 10% with affiliate discount code A10_OWBSHOES.
Altra – Runners in need of some extra cushion frequently turn to Altra, where you can find several mostly-white models.
Anatomic – This inexpensive European brand is hard to get in the US, but is available on this retailer with a white option and blue sole as well as in the US at Pedterra in white and several other options (affiliate code OWBSHOES = 10% off your first order). Go right to the source if you’re in the EU for that option, which also includes a ballet flat/Mary Jane-type option.
Be Lenka – They offer an excellent leather barefoot shoes sneaker in all-white (technically a little darker) in the Prime – White model. OWBSHOES = a 5% discount off your first order. My Eazy review can be found here. And new in Spring of 2021 they added the Champ model, which has a more athletic look. My full review of this pair is here.
Filii – All-white sneaker in either all leather or a combination of leather and textile.
Jenon Leather – Handmade leather shoes, including boots and sneakers in white.
Joe Nimble – Model availability can vary based on your location, but versions that come in white include nimbleToes, nimbleToes Addict, motionToes, and cheerToes for women, as well as nimbleToes Addict for men.
Leguano – The Active model is a white lace-up shoe with light accents of blue and a grey sole.
Senmotic – The Medicus model is marketed specifically for medical professionals, though you may have trouble with the grey accent coloring if your employer requires monotone shoes.
Shapen – You can get both the Poppy II sandals and the Tulip II ballerina shoes in white at from this very classy barefoot shoes maker. Save 5% with my discount code OWBSHOES *.
Softstar – They do both in-stock and custom orders for shoes, and models such as the Ballerine are available in leathers such as eggshell and LITE white, the latter of which gives your leather shoes a more casual and athletic look.
Splay Athletics * – Freestyle comes in white. Save 10% with discount code OWBSHOES *.
Steadwell – This company is on the cusp of launching, but hasn’t released at the time of this writing. They will have what looks like a white/off-white option with a gum sole.
Storehouse – This pre-order focused company has the biggest and most colorful selection around, with a lot of in-stock options at boutiques like this one, where you can save $8 off with the referral code OWBSHOES. Their flats are thicker than full-on barefoot options but can meet your basic minimalist needs for less than many other companies.
Xero – None of their shoes are completely white, but in women’s you can the Frost version of Alpine with purple-grey accents and the Grey version of Speed Force that has a white upper with grey sole and teal accents.
Wildling * and Wildling US/CA – Models here are seasonal, and currently show no white/near-white models, but keep an eye out in the future. The ultra-barefoot Tanuki models have been in white and off-white before and in fall 2021 they released Mudança which is reviewed here.
Zaqq – This German brand always has a wide selection for both men and women, including models like Breaq and Cliq which are available in white. Check toeboxes of any model with ZAQQ as some are quite wide and some trend more narrow, even while maintaining their zero-drop presentation.

I’m going to separate out the very deserving custom shoemakers that can meet your needs. These companies do no or very little in-stock items, but offer a large range of style and material selections.

Botky Mechovky – This custom shoemaker creates gorgeous shoes with her talents, with a wide range of leather options. (link is to FB page where orders are placed)
Conker Shoes – This shoemaker has decades of experience and can make your shoes with a barefoot sole.
Dextra Perspective – This shoemaker on Etsy has pre-made designs and does custom work in both leather and fabric.
The Drifter Leather – Drifter is a family-owned business that produces custom shoes made your way, in a variety of leather colors. I have previously reviewed their Slouchy Boot.
GeaSoles – hand-dyed, personally crafted, with custom measurements, includes everything from sandals to boots. I have a purple version of the YRSA that’s gorgeous and will review it in 2021.
Kate Kucerova/Kaku – custom shoe maker in the Czech Republic with really elegant lines in the shoes, including ballet flats
Ruth Emily Davey – custom shoes in different colors of locally sourced leather
Zlatush – ready-made and custom shoes you can get in any color
